Where are the best supply price deals? We have been buying from the same two suppliers for 10 years. They give us fee shipping, but, no other discounts or deals.
Anyone have any advice? Or, is free shipping about the best you can get?

I buy online through Dick Blick they offer better prices than the catalog. The only thing that is better is the flyers sent out @ May so in the past we have ordered early.

I like Dick Blick as well. However, my district gets deals from other vendors as well; usually 20% off plus FREE shipping. Definitely shop around.
