In its 15th year, Rising Stars Piccolo Spoleto provides artistically talented youth of the US Southeast (SC, NC, GA, TN, AL, MS, and FL) with a high profile performance venue that recognizes their exceptional artistic talent. Visual Artists between the ages of 9 and 18 who are not full-time college students residing in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida are eligible. Applications are open and the deadline is March 15th, 2023. The application fee is $35. Fee waivers are available for those who qualify for free or reduced lunch.
